Shipping to UK customers
UK (2-3 Business days by Royal Mail “Signed for”): FREE
UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY (if ordered before 11 am): £20
All deliveries must be to a street address, not a post office box. You will be contacted by e-mail with a tracking number when your order leaves our store, and can track your package by going to https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/.
SHIPPING TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
International addresses may be subject to custom charges and duties specific to your country and might cause delay which unfortunately is out of our control. Delivery times are usual timescales. Please call +447342235595 or e-mail email@example.com with any questions you might have.
EU & Europe (3+ working days) £25, FREE for orders over £500
USA & Rest of the world (5+ working days) £40, FREE for orders over £1000
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the item in its original condition within 14 days for a full refund. Bespoke and made to measure orders are not returnable.
To receive a refund based on purchase price of the item(s) and in the original form of payment:
1. All merchandise must be returned (postmarked) within 14 days of the original purchase date.
2. The merchandise must be in its original, new condition with all tickets attached.
3. Sale items are returned for store credit only.
RETURNING YOUR ITEM
We suggest that you insure your package for the full value of the purchase in order to protect yourself from loss and that you retain a record of the return tracking number for future reference.
You may use the original packaging, however, be sure to black out or cover any additional ship labels that may be on your return package.
